- All successful payments made on this website will be reflected in the respective accounts within 24 hours unless some processing work or maintenance activity is being done or some unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of the Company.
- An SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number of the customer once the online payment gets accounted at branch accounts.
- In case you do not receive a success status after initiating a transaction, please wait for the final confirmation for 2 working days.
- If your bank account has been debited after an unsuccessful transaction and the amount is not recredited within 7 banking days, register a complaint with the bank. Before proceeding to do so, you are requested to contact us and check the status.

Subscribers wishing to participate in the chitty auction are required to make their remittances atleast one day prior to the auction date for the sake of convenience. If anyone happens to make a remittance on the due date of the auction after 11:00 AM IST, it has to be immediately brought to the notice of the branch concerned for inclusion.
